Washington State Beekeepers Assn. Annual Conference

The WASBA annual conference is coming up in Cheney, WA this coming weekend. I would encourage all beekeepers to attend if for no other reason than to meet their fellow comrades in the art of beekeeping!! There will be ample opportunity to exchange information and ideas to facilitate the success of your beekeeping journey. There is a science based and a hobbyist track of seminars, but no one is tied into one track, so you can move between tracks as the topics pique your interest. The general membership meeting will be held and new board and officer positions will be elected. The updates on the current legislation for beekeeper liability and it’s movement through the legislative session will be discussed as well (HB 1133).
